Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. To process your return, we may require you to provide proof of the defect, such as photographs and unpacking video of the item recieved. Once we confirm the defect, we will offer you the option to either receive a replacement item or a refund. The return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Elgo Clothing.

Wrong Items Delivered:
In the event that you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, please notify our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the package. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the correct item(s) to be sent to you. We will cover the return shipping costs for the wrong items.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the defective item(s) or wrong item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if these conditions are not met.

Please note that our return and exchange policy applies only to defective items or wrong items delivered. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or wrongly delivered.
